Hi! I’m José Francisco Rives, though online I’ve been signing as SeViR for half my life.

Above all, I’m a software inventor. As CTO at DIGIO, a digital product studio in Murcia with more than 30 people, I take care of the technical architecture, make sure teams have good tools and mentor younger developers, who now work side by side with AI agents.

Almost twenty years ago I designed, from the very first line, a SaaS platform that is still in production, growing and moving to new technology. I know every corner of that invention, and it has taught me more about keeping software alive than any book.

What I do now

• AI agents and MCP servers: Pando, Remembrances, Mesnada and a collection of tools that help agents work better.
• Rust and Go tools: single, fast, dependency-free binaries such as the MicroESP agent.
• Product and architecture: TypeScript, Python, modern PHP and migrating systems with a long history.

What I used to do

Part-time sysadmin, CodeIgniter-era PHP developer, author of the SeViR Notes blog (in Spanish), handyman at home and skating instructor. Some things never change.
